FLORAL DESIGNER / PROCESSOR
Assist in merchandising the department to maximize sales with two years of floral experience
- Provide excellent customer service
- Check shipments for out-of-date and damaged product to ensure freshness and quality
- Reset products and maintains shelf conditions ensuring integrity of shelf tags and signage in department
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Maintains design work area and flower cooler in an orderly and clean fashion
- Creates a sense of concern and compassion
- Estimates costs and prices arrangements
- Works with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environment
- Proactively greet, interact and assist resort staff in a professional manner to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious work environment
- Provide specialized design and floral expertise to plan, design and create floral arrangements for events
- Assist with inventory management and control to minimize waste
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
- Provide exceptional customer service when taking phone orders, arranging deliveries and while performing duties inside the club
- Assists will all off-site events, including, corporate functions, events, weddings or other events as directed by management
- Knowledge of the principles of floral design
- Adaptable to frequently changing priorities

- Basic computer, internet and word processing skills
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both oral and written forms
